What is Harvest?

Harvest is a subscription crate containing artisanal food and wine (soon) from wine country. Our crates are filled with the very best that wine country has to offer and sent to you seasonally (four times per year). In addition, we offer special one time crates filled with the perfect food and wine to celebrate a holiday or send as a gift.

What types of subscription plans do you offer?

We offer a "pay as you go" quarterly box, which ships and renews every 3 months. On your 4th quarterly shipment, you'll receive one of our wooden Harvest crates.

We also offer a yearly plan, which renews annually, and shipments are sent out every 3 months. You will receive a wooden Harvest crate with your 1st shipment.

We also offer gift options, which are identical to the quarterly and annual options above, except that they do not renew automatically.

What type of products will I receive?

Our crates are hand selected with the very tastiest products from wine country artisan producers. We hope to not only remind you of the wonderful food and wine you have experienced in wine country, but also introduce you to new, exciting tastes from the area.

May I substitute any items in my crate?

While one of the enjoyments of a subscription box is in the element of surprise, we understand if you need to swap something out. If you have a food allergy, or other concerns, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate.

What shipping materials do you use?

Responsible packaging and shipping is important to us. We use biodegradable, recyclable, and sustainable products whenever possible. We minimze any use of plastics, and are always looking for the most responsible shipping materials available. Let us know of responsible shipping products we should be aware of.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you are unsatisfied and want to make a return, or if a product arrives damaged, please contact us. Returns can be exchanged or refunded for the full price within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be in unused, unopened condition in their original packaging. Can I suggest a product?

We would love to hear any suggestions for new products and will do our very best to incorporate them in future boxes. Please contact us and let us know your suggestion.

Do you send sample crates to media?

We love working with the media! We occasionally send Harvest Crates for review, and help any way possible to get you what you need. Bloggers, writers and other media, please send us an email about what you're working on and we will respond asap.
